Your teachers
Six humans, one quiet room
-
Maya Trinh
Founder · Vinyasa
Maya opened Still Point in 2017 after a decade teaching in Denver. Her vinyasa classes are precise, musical and quietly demanding.
-
Asha Patel
Power
A former climber, Asha builds power classes the way she builds routes — strong foundations, honest effort, a satisfying summit.
-
Caleb Moreno
Slow Flow
Caleb teaches slow flow as moving meditation: fewer poses, longer breath, nothing rushed. Regulars call his noon class “the reset.”
-
June Okafor
Yin
June holds space the way yin holds poses — patiently. Expect long floor holds, quiet cues and at least one line of poetry.
-
Renata Soto
Restorative
Renata is a certified yoga therapist. Her restorative evenings use every prop in the studio and end in ten minutes of true stillness.
-
Tom Briarwood
Beginners
Tom’s beginners’ classes are famously unintimidating. He explains everything, assumes nothing, and laughs easily.
