Dinner that grew up
fifteen miles from your table.
Harvest & Hearth is a farm-to-table restaurant on Wexford Street. Four Hudson Valley farms, one wood-fired kitchen, and a menu that changes with the seasons — never with the trends.

Our story
Cook what the valley gives you.
We opened Harvest & Hearth with one rule: if it isn’t in season within a short drive of Hudson, it isn’t on the menu. That rule writes four menus a year for us — ramps and asparagus in spring, tomatoes at high summer, the orchard in autumn, and root-cellar cooking by the fire all winter.
The dining room seats forty-two under hand-hewn beams, lit low and warm. The hearth oven burns local oak. The prix fixe is $78, the chef’s tasting is $115, and à la carte mains run $28 to $42 — honest prices for food with a short, traceable past.

The High Sun menu
A taste of what the kitchen is plating right now. The full card — every starter, main and dessert — is on the menu page, rendered live for today’s date.
Partner farms
Four farms. Fifteen miles. One menu.
We don’t buy from a distributor. We buy from people whose fields we can name, and we name them on the menu.
-
Stonegate Rise Farm
Eleven certified-organic acres on a south-facing slope. Stonegate Rise plants to our menu calendar — the asparagus rows go in for us, by name.
-
Two Creeks Dairy
A forty-cow Jersey herd grazed on river-bottom pasture. Every panna cotta, every pat of butter on the table starts at Two Creeks.
-
Marrow Hill Orchard
Third-generation orchardists growing forgotten varieties — Esopus Spitzenburg, Northern Spy — that never travel further than our kitchen, nine miles away.
-
Foxglove Flats
Birds and Berkshire hogs raised slowly on open pasture. Foxglove delivers twice a week, and we use the whole animal — nothing showy, nothing wasted.
