After a hailstorm, in order:

  1. Don't sign anything at the door. Storm chasers follow hail maps; warranties follow companies that still exist next year.
  2. Get our free inspection. Photos and measurements within 48 hours of your call, report the same day.
  3. File only if it's real. If the damage doesn't justify a claim, we'll say so and save your premium history.
  4. We meet your adjuster. On the roof, scope in hand. You pay your deductible; we handle the rest of the paperwork.

Why Ridgeline

Asked constantly

Is the roof inspection really free?

Yes: a 21-point inspection with a photo report, whether or not you hire us. After Front Range hail, an honest report is worth more than a sales pitch, and ours says 'your roof is fine' more often than you'd think.

How much does a new roof cost in Denver?

A typical single-story asphalt replacement runs $9,800–$16,500 including full tear-off, ice-and-water shield, and disposal. Larger or steeper roofs and upgraded shingles run more; the written quote is fixed once you sign it.

Do you help with hail damage insurance claims?

Yes. We document damage with photos and measurements, meet your adjuster on the roof, and bill the insurer directly so you typically pay only your deductible. We never inflate claims. That's fraud, and it raises everyone's premiums.

What warranty do you offer?

Ten years on our workmanship, on top of the shingle manufacturer's 25- to 50-year material warranty. Warranty work has answered the phone every year we've been in business, since 2011.

Do you offer financing?

Yes: 12-month same-as-cash and longer fixed-rate plans through a Colorado credit union, subject to approval. About a third of our replacements use financing; we'll show you total cost with and without it.
