What we fix, and what it costs

Flat-rate pricing quoted up front. The number you approve is the number on the invoice.

Faucets, toilets & fixtures

from $189 labor

Any brand, yours or ours. Leaky flappers to full bathroom fixture swaps.

Frozen & burst pipes

emergency — call

Thawed, repaired, and insulated against the next polar vortex. This is Wisconsin; we are very good at this one.

How our pricing works

  1. You call. A plumber — not a call center — picks up. Weekdays 7–5, Saturdays 8–noon, emergencies any time.
  2. We quote flat-rate, in writing. Diagnosis on standard visits is free. You approve a number before work starts.
  3. You pay what was quoted. If the job turns out harder than we said, that's our problem, not your invoice. After-hours calls add a $99 dispatch fee — credited if you hire us.

What the neighbors say

"Water heater died Friday night, new one running by Saturday noon. The quote on the phone was the price on the bill, to the dollar."

— Dana M., Bay View

"Third house we've used them on. The camera inspection saved us from buying a place with a collapsed clay lateral."

— Marcus & Jen T., Wauwatosa

"Frozen pipe at 2 a.m. in January. Stan was here in 45 minutes and didn't charge like it was a hostage situation."

— Priya R., Shorewood

How much does drain cleaning cost?

How much does a new water heater cost installed?

A 40- or 50-gallon tank water heater runs $1,450–$2,100 installed, including haul-away of the old unit. Tankless systems run $3,200–$4,600 including venting. Most replacements are done the same day you call.

Are you licensed and insured?

Do you charge extra on weekends?

Saturday mornings (8am–noon) are regular rates. Outside office hours the only difference is the $99 emergency dispatch fee — hourly and flat rates stay the same, nights, weekends, and holidays.
