Leaves hauled (not curb-bagged), cool-season seed down by October, beds tucked in for the cold. The yard you want in April is built in October.

Bed rebuilds, sod, stone edging, drainage fixes. Free 20-minute site walk, written design-and-price, fixed once you sign.

Every crew trains on the same standard: would you photograph it? Two stages of an ordinary week on the route.

Prices, up front

Weekly mowing runs from $45 per visit for a standard city lot: mow, edge, trim, blow. Corner lots and yards over a quarter acre run $55–$75. Your price is fixed for the season after we see the yard once, and the crew comes the same day every week. No annual contract; pause anytime with a text.
Seasonal cleanup starts at $280: perennials cut back, beds weeded and re-edged, leaves and debris hauled off, plus the first mow (spring) or last mow (fall). Most city yards land between $280 and $450, confirmed in writing before we start.
Where we work: Woodbine, Berry Hill, Crieve Hall, Green Hills, 12 South, and Inglewood. Routes run by neighborhood so crews spend the day working, not driving. That's why the prices stay sane.
Debris always leaves with us: clippings, leaves, and brush on every job, no bags at your curb. Cleanup debris is composted at a yard in Antioch, not landfilled.
