Head coach · powerlifting · the cue you'll hear in your sleep: "spread the floor"
Olympic lifts · Foundations lead · turns empty-bar nerves into third-month PRs
Conditioning · sled philosopher · believes cardio should be heavy
The conditioning fleet is rowers, sleds, bikes, and a turf strip, all used inside programming. No treadmill theater, no machine circuit; if you want that, the big-box up the street is genuinely better at it.
