WE BRING THE FIRE TO YOU
Weddings, quinceañeras, office parties, backyard birthdays — if there's a crowd, we'll feed it. Catering starts at $600 for 50 people and includes a full taco bar: two meats, the nopales vegetarian option, handmade tortillas pressed on site, salsas, and all the toppings.
We can park the whole truck at your event or set up a taco bar indoors. Book at least two weeks out — Friday and Saturday dates go fast.

FROM MONTERREY, WITH HEAT
El Fuego started in 2019 with one beat-up truck, a borrowed trompo, and a stack of recipe cards in abuela Rosa's handwriting — carried from Monterrey, Mexico, and guarded like treasure. The barbacoa is her recipe. The salsa roja is her recipe. The rule that tortillas are pressed to order, never stacked cold? Also hers.
Six years later we still run it the same way: nixtamal in the morning, trompo spinning by ten, sold out more nights than not. We park where San Antonio actually eats — the Pearl, the Medical Center, Travis Park, UTSA, and the St. Mary's Strip when the sun goes down.
"Si no hay humo, no hay sabor."
If there's no smoke, there's no flavor.
