My pet is sick today — can you see us?
We hold two same-day sick slots every weekday, released by phone at 8am sharp — call (509) 555-0163. If they're gone or it can't wait, we'll triage on the phone and tell you honestly whether it's an ER situation.
What do I do in an after-hours emergency?
Go straight to our ER partner, Inland Emergency Animal Hospital, at (509) 555-0177 — open nights, weekends, and holidays. Our voicemail repeats that number after hours. For poisoning, call them while you drive.
How much is an exam?
Wellness exams are $68 and booked at 30 minutes — long enough that nobody has to rush you or your animal. Sick visits are $88. Every estimate beyond the exam is itemized and approved by you before anything happens.
How much does a dental cleaning cost?
Dentals start at $420 and include pre-anesthetic bloodwork, full-mouth X-rays, cleaning, and polishing. Extractions, if needed, are quoted by phone mid-procedure before we proceed — never as a surprise on the invoice.
Do you see exotic pets?
Dogs, cats, rabbits, and rodents, yes. Birds and reptiles we refer to a board-certified exotics practice in town — they're better at it, and your animal deserves better at it.
Will you give my anxious dog extra time?
Yes. Tell us when booking — anxious animals get the quiet room, the end-of-day slot if that helps, and as much floor-sitting as it takes. Pre-visit medication plans are available; ask about 'happy visits' for practice runs at no charge.
